ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

Impact Windows Outlet does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. So please make sure you have accurate measurements of your window and door openings. Also verify the correct direction you need the panels to open on sliding glass doors and horizontal roller windows and the right or left placement of door hinges.  If you request a refund within 24 hrs of placing your order, you will be charged a 3% processing fee. There are no refunds on special custom orders.
