How to Place Your Order

Due to multiple sales channels, inventory may not be updated in real time. We strongly recommend that after you have added items to your Cart, you click the Request a Quote button at the bottom of the checkout page so we may confirm availability of the sizes you need.

Also be sure to add your address in the Comments section if you will be requiring delivery instead of the Pick-up option from the warehouse in Broward County.

When inventory is confirmed, you will receive a link for you to accept and complete checkout. We will send you an estimated date when your order is ready for Pick-up or a price estimate and timeline for Delivery to your area.

Special orders are placed with a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% is due upon pick up or prior to delivery of the merchandise, with an 8-10 week production lead time.

Impact Windows Outlet does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. So please make sure you have accurate measurements of your window and door openings and the correct configuration of hinges and active panels. If you request a refund within 24 hrs of placing your order, you will be charged a 3% processing fee. There are no refunds on special custom orders.

Also, please refer to our Manufacturer's Warranty. 

WARNING

The lack of maintenance and misuse of this product voids the Manufacturer's Warranty.  

Air Master Factory Warranty does not cover damage from improper product installation.
